Last year, the Cabela’s Hunt Across America tour brought sneak peeks of upcoming games to folks all around the country. This year’s tour, Adventure Starts Here, just kicked off today at Activision’s HQ in Santa Monica, offering two games: the target-shooting Cabela’s Big Game Hunter 2012 and the action/adventure Cabela’s Survival: Shadows of Katmai. Both use the Top Shot Elite peripheral for light-gun gameplay, and both are slated for release later this year — Big Game Hunter in September, Shadows of Katmai in November. Kat stopped by the office to take some shots of the truck’s grand debut.
Oh yeah. It's big. It's also themed to the gills inside, complete with trees, rocks, and a damaged airplane, in honor of Shadows of Katmai.
Yeah, this must be the place. Just look for the wildlife and turn left.
