GH DLC: Soundgarden’s Telephantasm

With all the frenzy of the launch of Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, I totally forgot that there was new DLC this week. You’d think it would be easy enough to remember, since the game comes with a CD of Soundgarden‘s new album Telephantasm. “Black Rain” is on the game disc (and playing it in Quest mode earns you an Avatar award on 360, hint hint), so it only makes sense that the album’s other 11 tracks would be made available as WoR DLC, too.

The full album pack is available now for 1440 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360, 1800 Wii Points on Wii, or $17.99 US Treasury points on PS3. I see from the listing that this DLC is only compatible with Warriors of Rock, so make sure you’ve got the new game if you want the Soundgarden tracks. Also, these songs are not available for individual purchase, it’s just the album as a whole; if that changes, I’ll let you know.
