    haha a huge abdominal bicep in repose… I'm swagger-jacking that phrase. Since I'm on a computer 8 hours a day, me and my buddy started doing push-ups and 1 minute hand-stands every hour. After 4 weeks it's starting to get easier haha. I never realized how buff the major is.
