Here’s your weekly friendly reminder that there’s some freshly ground and aromatic Guitar Hero tracks available for download as of nowish.
In honor of St. Patrick’s Day this week, it’s the awesome celtic punk of Flogging Molly. I found out about these guys when I was working for music magazines in the 90s and still think they’re great. The three tracks are “The Seven Deadly Sins,” ”Requiem For A Dying Song” and “(No More) Paddy’s Lament.”
The pack is available for 440 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360, 550 Wii Points on Wii, or $5.49 US Treasury points on PS3. If you don’t want the full track pack, they’re available individually for 160 MS Points, 200 Wii Points, or $1.99 respectively. See your local console for the digital store of your choice, but if you’re an Xbox 360 owner, it’s here.
What’s more, next week, you’ll be able to play these tracks with the band itself on Xbox Live. Look for the gamertags FlogMollyGwF01 through FlogMollyGwF04 on Tuesday, March 23rd. Full detail here.
